Pet Bereavement Support Session

This is a single-session space for pet bereavement support—for those grieving the loss of a beloved companion animal, or moving through the anticipatory grief of saying goodbye.

I am offering these sessions in loving memory of my boy, Hank, who deeply shaped my understanding of the bond we share with our animals and the grief that follows their loss.

This session is designed to offer emotional support, grounding, and space to process what you’re feeling. We may talk through your grief, what the loss has been like for you, and how it’s affecting you day to day. You do not need to have the “right words” or be at any particular stage of grief to attend.

To keep this offering contained and accessible, this is a one-time session only, intended for individuals who are in the early period of loss (generally within the first 2–4 weeks), when grief is most acute and support can feel especially important. This is not ongoing therapy, and it does not establish a continuing therapeutic relationship.

If ongoing support feels needed after this session, we can discuss appropriate next steps or referrals.

You are welcome here exactly as you are.
